« Pure M » white is made from our unique plot of Gros Manseng.

This young vine is planted with a grape variety not authorised in the Bergerac AOP, but has been present for a long time in the South West and in particular in the Jurançon and Iroulégui regions. With global warming and in front of the recurrent difficulties to keep freshness in our whites, we have tried to plant a more southern grape variety, rather late, which keeps an intense freshness.

Given the quality of the wine obtained, we did not hesitate to devote a PURE cuvée to it!
