Pure M red is made from our unique plot of Malbecs planted at the very top of the Jonc Blanc on limestone at Astéries. Soil found on the limestone plateau of St Emilion. For several years we have been working on the vineyard to reveal the potential of this difficult plot planted in 2003. The soil is particularly poor, superficial, and the rainfall of the year greatly influences the final result.

We are looking for a bright fruit, a lot of freshness and a beautiful tannic structure with finesse.
